The department of medicine comprises of highly professional and well qualified consultants and junior residents working as a closely knit team and looking after the General and Private wards, Intensive Care Unit, High Dependency Units, Emergency & Out Patient Units Departments.

          Presently the department has consultants who have wide ranging experience in the field of internal medicine, trained and worked in institutes of national and international repute providing excellent care to patients.

          The ICU has state of the art equipment including ventilators, monitors, X-ray, ultrasound and dialysis machines. The department also has back up from allied specialties like Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Nephrology and Cardiology. The ICU is manned by team of intensivists  and the nursing staff. The "Code Blue Team" of the hospital comprising of ICU staff has had an exemplary record in serving patients.
