Cardiology
The department of cardiology provides comprehensive Cardiac care including Preventive Cardiology services.
The Intensive care unit has 8 beds allotted with round the clock monitoring facilities, defibrillator and ventilator. Well trained Staff Nurses and Medical officers are available to take care of the patients round the clock.
The facilities available are
- Electrocardiogram
- 4D-Echocardiography including color Doppler study
- Peadiatric Echocardiography
- Treadmill test
Echocardiogram
Adult and Paediatric echocardiogram are done with Voluson S6 echocardiography machine. More than 100 echocardiograms are performed every month.
Electrocardiogram is done for both Inpatients and outpatients, Bedside ECGs are also taken.
Treadmill test
Exercise Treadmill testing is routinely performed in our hospital.
